Refund policy
Returns, Damage, or Missing Items or Orders
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
However, if items in your order arrived damaged or part of your order is missing, please email loconote.co@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your entire order is missing, please wait at least 24 hours after the order tracking is marked as delivered, as sometimes delivery dates are marked early. If you still have not received your order, please email loconote.co@gmail.com.
Refunds
For any order eligible for a refund, we will assess and notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
